Nichole Schumacher, MA, LPC, MFT

Nichole is physically based in Oregon and currently in the process of obtaining Tennessee LPC-MHSP licensure and eventually moving to the Volunteer state. She will be offering telehealth services to Tennessee clients once approved—get on her waitlist now!

Nichole believes that freedom, health, hope, and wholeness are possible for everyone, even when trauma, life experiences, or relational patterns make that feel out of reach. Her work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.

She specializes in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and personal growth, supporting individuals, couples, and families through both acute struggles and long-standing patterns.

Nichole provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood—while also being gently challenged toward real, lasting change.

Her clinical approach integrates EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, solution-focused, and trauma-informed care, tailoring the work to each client rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.

De’Anna Benson, LMSW, NSW-C

De’Anna is a Doctoral Student currently in the process of obtaining her clinical advancement toward LCSW licensure . She offers comprehensive telehealth services—secure your appointment with her today!

De’Anna believes that client dignity, autonomy, and deep healing are possible for everyone, even when navigating the heavy burdens of medical trauma, chronic illness, or complex life changes. Her work focuses on helping clients build vital coping skills, reconnect with their inner resilience, and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.

She specializes in working with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), polychronic illness management, oncology, and neurology care (including stroke, cerebral palsy, and TBI), supporting individuals through both acute health crises and difficult life transitions .

De’Anna provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and culturally responsive space where clients feel deeply heard, respected, and understood—offering a collaborative environment built on ethical, trauma-informed advocacy.

Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) styles, tailoring the therapy to each unique individual rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
