At Bonafide Therapeutic Alliance, I believe that mental health care should be accessible to all. To accommodate different financial situations, I offer a limited number of sliding scale fee structures based on income and need.
Psychotherapy
The full session rate is $125 per hour for individual psychotherapy. Clients who can afford this rate help sustain reduced-fee slots for those in need.
The full group therapy session rate is $50 per session. Clients who can afford this rate help us sustain reduced-fee slots for others in need.
Sliding Scale Tiers
Individual Psychotherapy
Clients earning $80,000 or more per year pay the full rate of $125 per session.
Clients earning between $60,000 and $79,999 per year qualify for a reduced rate of $100 per session.
Clients earning between $40,000 and $59,999 per year qualify for a reduced rate of $80 per session.
Clients earning between $20,000 and $39,999 per year or those with significant financial responsibilities (e.g., students, dependents) qualify for a reduced rate of $60 per session.
Clients earning less than $20,000 per year may qualify for a subsidized rate of $40 per session, subject to availability.
Group Psychotherapy
Clients earning $80,000 or more per year pay the full rate of $50 per session.
Clients earning between $60,000 and $79,999 per year qualify for a reduced rate of $40 per session.
Clients earning between $40,000 and $59,999 per year qualify for a reduced rate of $30 per session.
Clients earning between $20,000 and $39,999 per year or those with significant financial responsibilities (e.g., students, dependents) qualify for a reduced rate of $20 per session.
Clients earning less than $20,000 per year may qualify for a subsidized rate of $10 per session, subject to availability.
Pre-Payment Discounts:
Clients who pay for 6 sessions in advance receive a 5% discount.
Clients who pay for 12 sessions in advance receive a 10% discount.
Sliding scale slots are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. If your financial situation changes, please notify me for a reassessment of your rate.
How to Apply for a Sliding Scale Rate
1. Self-Report: Clients may request a lower rate based on financial need.
2. Documentation (if needed): In cases of extreme hardship, I may request proof of income (e.g., pay stub, tx return) to ensure fairness.
3. Limited Availability: Discounted slots are limited. I encourage those who qualify to inquire about availability.

S.A.F.E. – Soldiers and Families Embraced
I work with S.A.F.E. in Clarksville, TN. S.A.F.E. provides no cost psychotherapy for the military and first responder population, including families, in the Clarksville/Montgomery County area. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit. You can request me as a provider; however, there is no guarantee they will pair us.
