CISM debriefing is a structured process designed to help individuals recover from the psychological impact of a critical incident, such as those experienced during disasters or high-stress events.
PFA is an evidence-based approach that provides immediate support to individuals facing distressing or traumatic events. It focuses on reducing initial distress, promoting healthy coping strategies, and connecting individuals with necessary resources.

CISM services provide immediate, structured support to individuals and teams affected by traumatic events. Pricing is based on group size, response time, and session duration.
Standard Rates:
Small Group (Up to 10 Participants, 60–90 Minutes): Starting at $400 per session
Medium Group (11–25 Participants, 90–120 Minutes): Starting at $600 per session
Large Group (26+ Participants, 2+ Hours, Multiple Facilitators May Be Required): Custom pricing based on needs
Emergency & After-Hours Rates:
Standard Response (Scheduled Within 72 Hours): No additional charge
Expedited Response (Scheduled Within 24–72 Hours): +$150 surcharge
Emergency Response (Scheduled Within 24 Hours or After-Hours): +$300 surcharge
Virtual CISM Debriefing:
Up to 10 Participants (60–90 Minutes): Starting at $325
Larger Groups: Custom pricing based on platform needs and facilitation requirements
Ongoing Support & Follow-Up Services:
Follow-Up Debriefing (30–60 Minutes): $250 per session
Individual Crisis Counseling (Per Person, 60 Minutes): $125 per session

Nonprofits, First Responder Agencies, & Military Organizations: Discounted rates available upon request
Travel & On-Site Fees: Additional fees apply for services outside of Clarksville, TN, including travel and lodging if required
